Hello, I’m Shari Carter! I’m a real estate agent and investor with a passion for helping other investors sell their properties for the best possible return. My journey into real estate started when I purchased my own investment property and quickly realized how rewarding it was. I wanted to help others navigate the process, so I decided to get my real estate license. Now, I’m here to offer my expertise to help you sell your investment properties with ease.

I’m a proud mom of 5 and a grandmother to one beautiful grandchild. Family means the world to me, and my approach to real estate reflects that. I understand the importance of finding the right property, whether you’re selling a rental, a flip, or a multi-family home, and I strive to make the selling process as smooth and profitable as possible for you.

Before diving into real estate, I had a successful career as a cosmetologist and salon owner for over a decade. This experience gave me a strong business background and a creative touch that I now apply to real estate. 

Music is another passion of mine. I serve as the president and director of a non-profit children's choir and musicals, working with children to foster a sense of community and creativity. 

As a proud Utah native, I recently returned to my roots to focus on building a life and career grounded in family values.
